Terms of Service

These terms apply to the private, owner-operated Forexahedron Broadcast Coordinator.

Permitted use

The application is used only by its owner to coordinate explicitly authorized YouTube broadcasts. It is not offered as a public or multi-user service, and it does not create a right for any other person to access or operate the application.

Google and YouTube services

Use of Google and YouTube services remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, quotas, and platform controls. The owner may revoke the application's Google access at any time.

Authority boundaries

OAuth authorization enables authenticated API requests only. It does not itself authorize a public broadcast, unattended operation, publication, financial advice, broker access, or trading activity. Those actions require separate, explicit authority where applicable.

No warranties

The application is provided as-is for the owner's internal use. No warranty is made that broadcasts or third-party services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
